Australian Paralegal Services provides professional paralegal and legal administrative support services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are intended to assist registered migration agent with documentation, drafting, research, and support in accordance with Australian law and under the supervision or direction of a qualified legal practitioner where required. Yes, our reports are drafted by an OMARA registered migration agent under your supervision.
You acknowledge that:
- We do not act as your solicitor.
- We produce Draft Migration Reports under your instructions.
- The information provided is administrative in nature and not a substitute for legal advice.
- We recommend you seek legal advice where appropriate.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be over 18 years of age, an OMARA registered migration agent or an Australian solicitor and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement where found appropriate by both parties. Such a request must be in writing by either party. In any case a scope of service document will be delivered to you and you will have 7 calendar days from its delivery to raise any concerns or request amendments.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as needed for service delivery of the Draft Reports.
- Review all documents and outputs for accuracy and suitability before using them.
- Not use our services for any unlawful or unethical purpose.
